I feel a little dishonest entering because I can't really promise to stick around, but I wouldn't mind a copy of this:

Man, it's been a long time since I've been on here.

Many apologies for the eons-late reply, but I figured late was better than nothing, and everyone here, especially wally, who took time to email the others and I, deserve a bit of an explanation, I suppose. I left this forum simply because I didn't have the time to maintain a very consistent connecti...

I must say, I'm not too impressed with the UNSOLICITED spam email that I was sent by you, csharks. At least it brought me back here, I've been intending to log on again, sometime, so, hi everyone!

That's the problem, you see, when I try to download things normally without the GetRight download client, instead of asking whether I would like to save a file or open it, it just plows on through opening it, and then I have to move it to the place I want on my hard drive, etcetera. Does anyone know...

That much you will never find me arguing with. MZX is ace at sidescrollers, ZZT isn't really that great at it, even though I have enjoyed the few quality ones that have been made, due to the fact that there are no scrolling boards. Still, I have been hard-pressed to find a game for MZX that was expr...

How about D'ger? (i.e. I am D'ger)

Can one of the mods make GLERFS a voting option? I think it's rising in popularity.

Sorry about the review deal, Joris, I've been gone for a while and didn't have time, but, as I download stuff off of your site, I'd be happy to write reviews for you. Also, your review of ZZT is slightly incorrect. ZZT is not mainly used for RPG's, in fact, there haven't been any ZZT RPG's out for a...

Ahhhh.... So you're a MZX-er, eh Thunderdog? Everything is falling into place now. Especially your "Die!" comment after I said ZZT was one of my hobbies.

What's wrong with the name rayOK? It's probably all the mass media pounding on their head saying "DONT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF OVER THE INTERNET OR PEDOPHILES WILL COME AND KIDNAP YOU". I, for one, have a limited amount of information I will ever give out because I prefer to stay saf...

DosGamers is a little to long and obvious, retro-gamers makes us sound too old and stuffy. D-Gers is okay, but there's just something missing. I don't know, I sort of liked GLERFS. Once we decide, let's force emmzee to personally make us buttons that say, "I'm a (insert term here)! (insert advertise...

You should have Megazeux too, if you put ZZT in, or else the MZX-ers will get mad and burn your house down. ;)

Also, If you still need people to do reviews for the games on your site, I would be glad to do some of that for you.

I downloaded Abuse. That must have been the best half hour I've ever spent downloading a game. Man does it rock! :bday:

I've been wondering for too long, what the heck does 1337 stand for?

Why am I obsessed with Shareware and Freeware versions?

I take my religion to a great extreme in some areas. I consider downloading abandonware "stealing" in a sense. I am taking software that, though the makers may be slightly idiotic in not releasing it as freeware. Yeah, that's me.

What is the level of SW? I am not familiar with that term. And how bad is the sexual humor and nude pictures?

I guess you may as well just PM me about it instead of posting.

I love reading manuals if they have information about the characters, weapons, story etc. Otherwise, I will consult only if I need to know what key performs such and such a function or something like that. Otherwise, I just go play the game.

 You and your jokes, Dogbreath. :) I still remember the occult group thing. I can't believe I even slightly fell for that. So, why is it really given the red circle? How bad is the violence/gore/disturbing content? Dopefish, I didn't say that my religion promotes violence, but I don't thin...
