Doesn't copyright work in a way that means, you can't take copyrighted material and use it in a way that makes money for you or exposes it to the public? So uh, if you're just playing some abandonware, why should that be illegal?

I live in London. I'm proud to be the one with a UK flag in my signature. :D

What do I look like? I'm tall and I have red hair. I look like Ron Weasley really, just not as camp.

When people think of the orgins of the FPS, they think Doom. But Wolfenstein 3D was right there, posing the FPS engine. Wolfenstein had previously been a sidescrolling shooter, so the name for this new version was, quite simply, Wolf3d. The controls are instantly accessible for anyone. Even if you'v...

I own Descent 3. I bought it because Descent 2 rocked. Review I have to say, I wasn't expecting much of an improvement over D2. D2 was just more Descent levels really, same engine etc. (Doom et al?) So I didn't have high hopes for improvement, but I was still excited. It was still Descent, and I was...

I've always used the keyboard. I've ahd Descent as long as I can remember. I bought Descent 2 a few years ago on CD, and I set it up with the same keyboard controls. They're strangely similar to Rochard's. I bought Descent 3 a while ago and use almost the same. I've always had a problem with Joystic...
