Game Remakes

I've been thinking about game remakes/frontends that enable old (dos) games to be played under newer os's (in particular Windows XP). anyone know a list of these "updates"? i'm talking about things like ScummVM, Jdoom, FuhQuake, WolfGL, etc. it'd be great if someone could remember any others!

i don't know any of those bands, but i like the sound of "born on a pirate ship"....

if you're intrested in what i listen to, grab a Radiohead album. Amnesiac and Hail to the Thief are good.

i'm on irc about 23.5 hours a day on average, since it's the summer holiday here. i'd be glad to help out with moderation between, say, 10am and 5pm gmt. i have a knowledge of irc (been using it for a year and a half) and my life is boring enough to warrant something to do like this.
