TIE Invaders (Warp?) is, as you might surmise from its title, a Space Invaders inspired game where instead of blasting invaders from space, you blast TIE fighters from the Star Wars universe. You do this in glorious high-res text mode, but the action is so frantic and with so many things flying around that you might not even notice. The gameplay is not too varied though, at least as far as I got. You simply shoot more and more things and try to avoid their shots. A pretty well done ASCII graphics shooting game. (This does include QuickBasic source code but it's "encoded" using what looks like a simple substitution cipher, so you'll need to figure that out before you can read it!)
