SITris is a Tetris game with a few optional variants that add additional challenge to the game. By default it plays the same as other Tetris type games, drop the pieces to form lines and clear them from the well. But it also adds a few other options: New piece shapes, "amoebas" (some blocks will slowly be eaten away before disappearing) and appearing blocks (which appear randomly in the well). Other more mundane options include starting level, starting block height, and block size/shape. All of these new options can add challenge, but whether they make the game more fun is up to you. The game's mechanics work well overall, with reasonable default keys that can be re-configured if the user wishes. (The game is named after the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ where the game was written.)
