Crystal Madness is a Boulderdash-like game where the goal is to collect all of the purple crystals hidden on each level. There are numerous obstacles to avoid (bombs, boulders, seekers ...) and some items to find like keys to open doors. There are five levels included in the shareware version. The game looks okay, but doesn't really ease you into the levels, giving you a difficult challenge right away. Since you can only see a portion of the level (the screen scrolls as you move) it's sometimes difficult to plan your strategy. Overall decent but not as good as something like Chip's Challenge.
