Cat&Mse is a strangely named game which is a take-off of the well-known Rodent's Revenge which was included in Microsoft Entertainment Pack 2 for Windows 3.1. The goal is to trap the cats and turn them into cheese for your mouse by pushing blocks. Cat&Mse brings the same concept to DOS and includes a bunch of levels to try. You can also edit the colors and sprites used in the game if you are really into that sort of thing.
