Unfortunately, I don't think that link is proper.... I'm searching for Mega Bane, I did find Mega Bane 2 here http://download.com.com/3000-2097-10152 ... tag=button

I know you can get Stick Soldiers from here: http://www.sticksoldiers.tk/

For more kickass freeware (well, go to <a href="http://www.gamehippo.com">Game Hippo</a>), and check <a href="http://www.loaded-studio.com/bb3-download.html">Blip and Blop:Balls of Steel</a> (an apogy-like sidescroller in which you go around killing evil cartoon characters, such as pokemon, smurfs, and those gummi bear things) <a href="http://www.rtsoft.com/dink/download.htm">Dink Smallwood</a> (an awesome freeware RPG)<a href="http://gamehippo.com/search/search_titl ... .shtml">4D Prince of Persia</a> (a freeware Prince of Persia remake, and is quite hard), <a href="http://isweb41.infoseek.co.jp/play/naga ... l">Project GunViper</a> (Tyrian-like) <a href="http://gamehippo.com/cgi-bin/hippo_down ... 014">Rally Raid</a> (another Tyrian Like). There are more, many more...

Hm. I cant seem to get Stick Soldiers 1 to work, but SS2 works fine. SS1 just gives me a blank screen when I start up.

ya, i had the same problem. SS1 has a lot of bugs and stuff in it and i find it lags terribly -- even with my pent 4 2.02 GHz. It has to do with compatibility. SS2 should work good tho.

PS: in ss2 don't hit escape or it will freeze and you will have to ctrl-alt-delete to exit it. Just play it thru then type "quit" when the screen changes.
