XBOX or XBOX 360 - Multiple Character perspective Fantasy RP

I'm trying to remember the name of this game - it's driving me batty!
I THINK it was on XBOX or 360, but I could be wrong.
It was a 3rd person fantasy RPG, I think maybe turn-based combat?
The big thing was that the two main characters were brothers that were separated young. One was normal human, but the other looked sort of like a werewolf (??) and he was bitter about how is life turned out and how he lived in a slum and basically spent the whole game hating his brother.
Anyone have anything??
