Fighting game on the streets!

Hello guys,
Back to my childhood, I was enjoying this game a lot.
But I remember so less things about it. All I remember are below;
It's an old fighting game.
More likely to be an Windows game. Or console. But definitely not Mobile.
3D Graphics.
It's happening on street. Dark theme.
When you crash boxes, some items appears like Baseball Bat.
You could pick up cars and throw them.
It's either side-angle or eye-view but not 1st person.
