Looking for some kids game I played.

Really hard to remember details I was like 4-5 at the time:
You started off in a funfair, only thing you could do was a shooting gallery with 3 dolls as the prizes (which was a select your difficulty thing)
When you lost? (I think) there was an explosion, and you woke up as the doll on a desert island.
you had to explore the island, doing minigames unlocked paths and gave you items, and to escape you got to the beach at the north and used a set of items (given by clues on the back of the map you find at the start iirc) to make a potion.
some of the minigames:
some monkey shows you a mix of colours to make a drink, you copy them
Dodge fire/poison balls, get item, escape. (or get potion, get hit by fire, BOOM, icon on map goes to 'exploded' not complete/incomplete, building is a hollow shell and you can't go down that road anymore)
jump to hit music notes and make a song
using a catapult and popcorn (to distract a pterydactyl i think?) and rocks open a building and run inside before it shuts.
Can't remember anything helpful like: a name, a developer, just it was DoS/win 3.1 era.
