A little recommendation would be, brush up on your theory. It's surprisingly helpful.

What kind of things does it ask you to install. This information should be useful when tryiing to figure out the exact problem.

Warcraft has it in the full, but sadly not the demo. However the game itself is well worth it. Buy it.
