If on XP:

If on Vista:

And if it's to hard for you buy a console or stick to windows games.

Where in the Vista howto you read:
mount c C:\Documents and Settings\Justin\Start Menu\Programs\Games\Emulators\Dos\Games ???
Can you point where you read that?

Please apply what's written in the howto.

When you're in Vista:
Rightclick your own user folder->create new folder->oldgames-> and mount that as described in the Vista howto.

Read and APPLY what's written in the howto, all you've done t'll now:
DELETE IT
Start from scratch.

Scroll down the whole way t'll you see:

[autoexec]
# Lines in this section will be run at startup.

You need to add two command lines, so that dosbox will start with a virtual C:\ mounted.
This is how it must look:
[autoexec]
# Lines in this section will be run at startup.
mount c c:\games\
c:

Save and exit.
Run dosbox, if you done it all correctly this is what you will see:

This is what's in the XP howto,
NOT
mount c C:\Documents and Settings\Justin\Start Menu\Programs\Games\Emulators\Dos\Games

Follow the howto.

Your game must be in
c:\games\folder\ when you look in windows.
After you mount correctly c:\games\ as c: in dosbox as described in the howto, launch dosbox and
cd folder
Folder= the name of your games folder.
Must be shorter or equal to 8 characters. No spaces, no fancy stuff.

Yep, strange isn't it? That it works.....
First steps are taken.
Piece of cake now.
Happy

Sometimes I wonder, why?
It's written in the howto, but it seems impossible to read/understand/apply it, even if the link is given.
But when I copy/paste exactly the same that's written in the howto here, suddenly it's possible to read/understand/apply it.

Amazing.
