I wll be reviewing another rare game strike base. Which is a 3d shooting game where you fly a plane and you have to kill the enemies and protect your base.

gameplay: Very fun gameplay that will have you playing for hours and hours trying to beat the first level. The game has very good story too it and you can customize your plane 9/10

graphics: the game is very detailed and it shows your plane leaving the base. You start each level right by your base. The game has explosians and all sorts of awesome things. The tanks you have to kill look very real but most of the other enemies look very strange but the rest of the games detail makes up for that. 10/10

sound: I love the games sounds. The music has a great pace and everything aout the sound is very awesome 10/10

compatiability: The game would not run on my windows 95 no mattar how much times i tried. 0/10

replayability: you will want to play this game for hours and hours and not get bored of the game. 10/10

overall: A great rare game that is very fun ans will give you hours of fun. The game gets a 8.5 becuase it wouldn't run my windows 95 and the game is way too hard.8.5/10

Is it fair to lower your score because the game doesn't run in W95?
After all it's a dosgame, even if as you stated in the help section it is suposed to have W95 support, it's a dosgame.
It runs flawless on a dos PC, as it should.

Let's say a reviewer writes about HalfLife 2 , and lower it's score because it will not run in W95. It ain't correct.

yeah, Dosraider's right! And, since you had previous problems with your PC[s],what makes you so sure that it doesn't work on say... my win95? If it's your PC, then it's almost like lowering the score because you don't like the game. Other than that, it's a decent review! Congratulatory

But, provided that I never played the game, could any of you guys give me a screen-shot?

That is not a problem, as you stated:

I finally figured out how to install abd run this game.
You have to type mount e e:/
E:
than mount d d:/strike base

You got it running in dosbox, so hit CTRL+F5 to save a screenshot in PNG format. Dosbox takes care of such thingies. Happy
(Look for the screenshot in your dosbox folder, if you want to save it in another folder you must edit your dosboxconfig file)

It is an amazing game and I loved playing it. Well it does not run on win 95 does not take away any of the credits. I would give 9/10 for the Game. I love the back ground, music and weapons etc. What I dislike is the fact that It made me an addict.
