Sue, if you only have the shareware version of Wolf 3D you will most likely only have the first 10 levels, however if you have the full version you get all 6 games. Note: Spear Of Destiny isn't actually a game of Wolf 3D, it's more or less a fan demo game, based upon Wolf 3D.
I thought you might would like to know that. Wink

Not 100% correct what you say AdamN.
SoD was also developed by idSoftware and commercially released, not a fan made sequel.

Released as shareware and full game, same as W3D.

True is that SoD and W3D uses 'almost' the same game engine.
'Almost', because if you try it: SoD won't run on the original wolf3d.exe.

I always thought it was a fanbase game hence why it is not the sequel to Wolfenstein 3D.

It is the sequel to W3D, they just gave it an other name.
Why? No idea.

What kind of monitor you have?
Could you take a screenshot?

[Edit]
Coming to think about it ....
With that 'green blur' you don't mean the ivy that you have in the catacomb level? If yes, it's normal, they overdid it a bit ....
If you see something as this:

it's normal.
