lol...
For some reason, my arrow keys aren't working properly anymore... I noticed it the other day, but only just had a chance to look into it further... When I check the custom mapping thing (ctrl-f1) and try to re-map the keys, they give me weird things...
ie: the UP arrow says: BIND: Key Print Screen
the Left arrow says: BIND: Key Right Alt
and so on, this is AFTER I hit "ADD" and the correct arrow...
Dosbox keys not working properly... Dosraider, wtf'd I do?
Sounds as a corrupted file ( probably a *.SDL one ...).
Download this one:
DOSBox72.zip - 1.45MB
It's a clean dosbox 0.72, no install needed, nothing special, but fine to do some testrun, if you keys are working swell in it, you know that your dosbox files are corrupted ...
[Edit]
Wait, aren't you on Linux? Won't work then, maybe you'd better reinstall dosbox then .......
BTW, heard rumors that version 0.70 had some problems on certain Linux distris, mainly Ubuntu. Seems to come from the keyb driver or such.

that says wtf'd <u>I</u> do, not U do. lol.
Dosraider: Hmmm, that driver bug could very well be my issue. Has it been resolved yet? I guess I'll have to do some hunting and see.
[edit]
Good call on the SDL bit, Dosraider. I was able to find a fix for my issue here:
http://vogons.zetafleet.com/viewtopic.php?t=19851
Basically, I just had to add this to my dosboxrc:
[sdl]
usescancodes=false
