| I'm trying to play the windows game prairie dog hunter 97 but it is running way too fast. 2.66 ghz is my computer specs and i'm running the demo version. I had it running nicely on the pentium 2 I used to use but on this computer it goes at insane speed. The prairie dogs are moving faster than normal and I can't hit them. |

CPU killer slows things down.
Or run windog in VPC+W98SE, or run some music on the background .... or run a movie on the background, whatever. |

Djees man, it's only a name.
It means it keeps your CPU busy with some loopin'process for a certain amount of % so that the system slows down.
You can achieve the same with running something on the background as I told you, but that's uncontrolled, with CPU killer you can fine tune the CPU load so that you avoid 'jerky' gameplay.
*Kill* your CPU, are you for real?
Man, o man, o manometer. I begin to think you have a negative IQ level. |
