Well looking at your NS strength numbers I wouldn't say you walked away BETTER, but these terms are really light. You're lucky STA and MK are so nice, lol. If it was NpO or something you'd be disbanded! lol

It was nice fighting you, DB.

oh and good showing by NEO declaring war on every alliance in CN, haha.

I highly doubt NpO would attack us under such trivial circumstances, though.

Nice fighting you as well. Pity you joined in a week late, after I was unable to give you much fun... I did what I could, regardless.

And, to think, we just got over this war and now we have to suffer the attacks of NEO! Who will help us now? Laughing

LULz.. I wonder though - could this be the first time in CN history that a dead alliance has declared war on the cyberverse? It's like night of the living dead all over again. Shit-Eating Grin

BTW, Dogbreath - the WAPA forums are starting to piss me off a lot. Almost every time I go there to post, they're down for one reason or another. Crying

We're in the process of changing servers. This has taken longer than expected due to the war...

Er, the game would get pretty boring at that point.

Double post! Take that, Larry!

Seems absolutely boring anyway, with or without that.

Give it a try. It's like a very complex strategy game (like Civilization or MOO, for example), but with human opponents, and multiple levels of social stratification... there's one on one, nation to nation interaction, alliance interaction, trade interaction, and inter-alliance and global interaction... it's pretty fun negotiating the delicate webs of IRC channels and forums and defense pacts and treaties that make up the game. And other than the basic confines of what's possible for you to do with a nation, there're no real "rules", just weakly established customs. And those are broken a lot, too. Reputation and honor is pretty much what really matters.

The best part is you can be as active as you want. There are some people who just play for 5 minutes every day, and others (diplomats and alliance leaders) who literally devote 40 or 50 hours a week to the game.

Naaaaa, not my kind of webgaming stuff.
I'm still more the Doom or Unreal gamer.
Now that I think about it, it's much too long ago I did some Serious Sam Coop.
Action, blood and guts.

Pfff, economical games are boring. Well, this kind of game at least.

That, and I don't like daily restrains.

It is also more fun getting involved. With the recent war I found myself on the IRC channels more often and it is better that way. You can join an alliance and stay secluded but it's not making the most of the game which seems to have more politics involved in it than the real world, haha.
