please please can anyone tell me how to try to solve this issue -
when running The Lost Admiral (by QQP, 1991) in Windows XP, everything works fine EXCEPT the mouse pointer sometimes is there and sometimes disappears - not at random, but linked to times when I press certain game buttons, or move the pointer into certain parts of certain screens.
this is annoying as the mouse is essential to this game!!

any help is very appreciated, as this is a great game!!

Have you tried setting the mouse to "Exclusive mode" in Properties?

This post is a million years old...but

I'm having the same problem. And how does one go about setting the mouse to "exclusive mode" so I could try and see if that works. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
