I remember when I was something alike 8 years playing a game, ive wondered about the name in some months now and finally found a place to get help from ( Here ), the game is like this:

You control a mafia, roll the dice and you can move an amount of spaces around (Don't remember if it were dices, but it was something:P), you could blackmail and stuff, the clue is to build a gang, upgrade weapons and weapon skills, so that you could beat the police when you rob the bank or meet another gang.
I think there was a 2 player mode.

sorry for bad english Shit-Eating Grin

That you played it when you were 8 year is hardly an indication..... if you're 9 years now, it's a 2007 game.
LMAO.

Now, that said, first idea that come up is:
http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/chaos-overlords
Something as this or ...?
