I'm looking for a driving game I remember playing, it was like almost pointless, you just drove around and did random stuff for fun, I don't remember what the name was. All I remember was that it was like driving for fun, almost.

Sorry, it was like top down, you got to chose what care you drove, and there were like 3 different cities you could drive in, and there were tons of cars, and if you did something bad, there would be cops that chased you, it was like gta almost, but much more primitive.

No i mean, they could say its more like GTA but it IS GTA. There's lots of 3D GTA games

For some reason this game brings up Sega typed music and cartoon graphics.
