It's a game I used to play when I was young...it was the only game on our computer next to POP. It was a kind of a racegame, but without seeing a vehicle: You had to steer the camera through some kind of tunnels by making the right moves at the right times and by jumping to higher levels of the 'road'. That's all I remember...does it sound familiar to someone, please?
