Can somebody tell what MSCDEX means,sometimes the DOSBox says that MSCDEX has been insalled but ,i don't know what to do after reading this.Thanks.Jimmy.

Moved from GGTW, this isn't a games problem

It simply means you mounted a CD or CDDrive in dosbox.
*What to do after reading this?
Depends,
Can be you need to go to that CD and install your game.
Can be the game is already installed and you simply have to go to your games folder and run your game.
Can be that the game doesn't need a CD to run , and then it's useless to mount it.
Can be .... whatever and whatnot.

.... it depends.
