Never really liked ROTT.
Don't ask why, 'cause I don't know why. It just don't feels good enough. |

| I wasn't really a big fan of it either, but I thought the article was an interesting read. |

| I don't really like wolfenstein or rise of the triad but it's an interesting read. |

I have taken a look at that TC&Sequel site, some really interesting stuff.
Wolf3D for Quake, a lost project, shame, looks pretty good. |

| Never knew that about ROTT. I have to agree with the other ppl above, that ROTT just didn't have the right "feel". I tried playing it several times because I wanted to like it, but couldn't get into it. |

| Yeah, I liked it a bit, but I think it was the whole platform aspect of it that didn't work so well. I really just liked it for the gore factor. lol. |

Somehow I always found that the opponents were a bit ... a bit ... boring, not agressive enough. To say as is: LAME.
And some other stuffnesses that didn't felt really good.
Hmmm, if this goes on I'm going to be tempted to split another one.
Must ... resist.... |

| ROTT was the bomb. Who could say no to a multiple heat-seeking rocket launcher? Not me! |

| LOL ROTT was the first game I ever had to put into the computer myself. It took me over an hour to figure out the first time I did it. I have absolutely no idea what happened to it but when I was 10 or so it was REALLY fun. I'm sure by now though if I played it again it would seem fairly boring... |

Yeah, those moving spikey walls and flame thrower walls were more deadly than the computer players. |
