WoW was fun at first, but now, Blizzard managed to bork every single aspect I ever found cool about it!

That and private servers are either hacked or empty!

But this reminds me I gotta reinstall Starcraft BW sometime soon!

LULZ!!!

You even got the fractured sentence structure and bad grammar down!! Laughing

I refuse to pay to play. I was addicted to Runescape for a while. (Yeah yeah, laugh it up) Some call that the gateway drug to WoW. I've lost a few friends to the game, so i will not succumb.

Actually, that one was from Abyss. lol. And yeah, I know all about Starcraft... I can't stand the game. RTS are made of boring and insufficient vespine gas.

Just plod through the ~4.8 GB of downloads from blizzard, and go on this free private server with me. It's like crack, I'll agree, which isn't good, since I'm going to college this fall, but fortunately, I have some degree of self control. So no selling my anal virginity for an epic flying mount for me.

I've had the game since it was first released but I stopped playing a few times for about a year overall. Fun game, and you can easily control how long you play by slapping yourself. Grinding for a couple of more hours isn't going to help you in real life. Once you realize that, MMORPGs aren't that toxic.

As for private servers... those are just lame. The whole point of MMORPGs is meeting and playing with lots of people (hence the 'massive' part). Go play Counter-Strike, that's at least a lot more fun than grinding in WoW.
