Stumbled on this excellent Windows remake of WOF:

If you ever played this game you gonna love the remake.
Remember how bitchy it was to land on the carrier? It's all here again.

Well done graphics, and the gameplay is identical to the original.
Freeware of course.

Give it a try.

Getting old Larry ?
As I said: it has the original gameplay, means: it's a bitch.

That's all the fun of this game.
Taking a turn whilst being too low on altitude? You ditch in the water, or dirt.
Not enough speed by take-off? You ditch.
Loosing too much oil? You ditch.
Add a long list here ....
.....
...
..
On the bright side: You carry 30 bombs, that's plenty.
Drop them on the right spots is of course another story, meheh

You forgot the 15 rockets and launching them at those concrete bunkers... now that's the real bitch!
