it can play movies sounds and images.
it uses windows media player or anything that works and says play this!
But you can only that in a box with a width of 128 and a height of 128
I mainly use it to play sounds. If you go to quicktime.com you can click on new movie trailers. And when your watching the new movie trailer, the thing runing it is a plug-in |

by allowing this it would slow the loading time significantly. For us cheap, low life people using 56K dial up (like me) that would be really bad.

its not possible in phpBB to allow just one user to use a code. its all set in one place and applies for everything.
