The new owner's name is Dan Goch.
Have no idea who the guy is, but he seems to want to revive GH. Even considering dropping some major cash for a vBulletin message board. =\ |

Seriously, if ppl really want vB, I'd be open to getting it, but would there be many real advantages? (Other than little nice things ...) Keep in mind phpBB 3.0RC1 is out ... |

Actually, no. =P
I'm fine with phpBB. I've seen vBulletin in action, and it's just easier to mod. And a bit more secure. But definitely not worth the US$140 for the license. |

| Yes, I don't see what is wrong with phpBB, like people elsewhere tend to say. It's a nice, simple message board system that really doesn't have anything wrong with it. MAYBE it's not 'fancy' enough but whatever. |
