Trust me, the old processor in that machine was FAR better then the current one, the processors were not at all identical in the slightest.

They might have given you a Klamath Pentium 2 with a 66 MHz bus, which is also compatible with Slot 1.

Honestly I wouldn't have a clue I haven't the slightest idea what the old part was and there's no way to find out now, I don't use that computer much anymore now anyway, not since I found the XP patch for X-Com. Wink

XP patch for X-COM? I never heard of it. However, I DID get X-COM E.U. "Gold Edition" and the program is for Win. and it works flawlessly on XP!

Also... Abyss, you KNOW that that video bashes win 95 right? Laughing
