Cartoonies

Post by Larry Laffer »

[Seems I can't sleep tonight]
Ok as I said a little earlier, I'm a heavy consumer of cartoons. I believe I've seen more cartoon episodes than I ever played games.
To be more precise... I got bored tonight, decided to surf the net for somethin interesting, found a Sailor Moon cut[small episode, known as trailer] downloaded it and OMFG!!!! I remembered how good this show was(watched it on TV when I was like 5... Thus I deleted around 6 Gbs to make room for the series.

Do you do the same thing with cartoons or you don't even watch cartoons?

[also if someone has a link/torrent/knows a DC hub from where to get the FULL seasons, pls PM it to me :)]

[edit]: Ok we're only talking about 37 Gbs :shifty:

I like watching cartoons, yeah.
But I don't get them on the channels I have.
If we still had sattelite, I'd be watching Daria, SpongeBob (I liked him way before he was commercialized. And people, it was originally a college humour show.), Family Guy, The Simpsons....Those are the ones I like most.
But honestly, I'm not a huge TV watcher.

Simpsons ROCK! Up till last year they were on TV here too. Of course they aired only 4 (or more) years old episodes so I'm not realy up-to date with the show. SpongeBob... well let's just say that the idea of watching a sponge kid with that huge smirk on his face doesn't realy appeal to me.

On another note: no need to PM me with those things anymore. In 5 weeks I'll finish downloading the full series :P

[edit]: Family Guy wasn't about a dude with beard who worked at a propane selling firm?Din't he have a wife , a son and a daughter??? Cuz I think I watched a couple of episodes.

No, Larry. The star of Family guy does not have a beard.
His name is Peter Griffin.
Google it for God's sake. It's easy to recognize stuff if you just see a picture. No need to ask questions like that if you can just google it.

(That sounds really bitchy, but I assure you I'm not being bitchy in the least. I promise)

Simpsons = best ... show ... ever. :D Futurama is good too. Happy & sad that they're bringing it back ... happy cuz ... well, more Futurama ... but sad cuz it prolly will have diff writers, won't be the same as before etc. Hopefully it'll still be good. Spongebob is alright, not one of my favs.

There was a series called Undergrads which is awesome, it only ran 1 season tho. If you've been to university/college and lived in residence, you need to dl and watch it. :)

Really I don't watch much TV anymore ... except for hockey games of course. <img src="http://www.dosgames.com/canada-flag-small.gif">

One time I had a Jack and coke and it had a lime in it, And I saw that the lime was floating. That's good news man. Next time I'm on a boat and it capsizes, I'll reach for a lime... I'll be water skiing without a life preserver and people'll say 'What the hell?' and I'll pull out a lime...and a lemon too. I'm saved by the buoyancy of citrus.

I watch a ridiculous amount of cartoons, I spend more time gaming & watching TV than work & sleeping.
If I'm not here, I'm wandering the catacomb's of the mind, tempting madness at every turn, trying to remember where I put the remote!

Echo! Me too. For the dumb questions... Right after I posted that I went to bed. No need to bother googleing since you'd anyway answer that  .
Also... Futurama's back? Yes! More episodes on TV here [this is the single foreign tv show that's aired here after just a year ]

A little description about Yakitate Japan:
Azuma Kazuma is a young bakery worker. He has a dream that he will make Japanese bread, "Ja-pan", which will be better than any other bread in Japan. He has "palms of sun", which are much warmer palms than those of normal people, and they are useful for making bread. With his "palms of sun" and creative ideas, he will beat rivals who will appear one after another.
Sounds odd. Maybe I'll download it someday after the 13 Gbs of Sailor Moon finish downloading :(

Depends on the translation you know....

And what TMN stands for? Or is it the plain name of a cartoon?
