My pc is awsome I got it a month ago...
1.0 Ghz
448 MB ram
Winxp home edition
Nvidia graphics 16 mb upgrading to 64 soon!
Intel integrated audio (not used!) SBPCI64
This is a loaded compaq deskpro 2000 model.
Definently not a DOS PC |

This PC would have been very good 5-6 years ago. But would have still been lacking in graphics and audio departments.
To fast for DOS games, to weak for today's games.
Definetly nothing to brag about.  |

Actually roger after I buy the 64 mb graphics card I will be able to play all of the EA sports games and halo and halo two pretty much any game available of course running in minimum graohics.  |

OK, go ahead and buy that "64 mb" graphic card.
But believe me that 64 doesn't mean much in terms of performance. It's just for the amount of texture data the card can hold, but its speed is given by its GPU performance, and the memory's bandwitdh and speed.

You'll notice that the amount of video memory it's not even listed, because it's not being considered significant. |

| May I say i'm not going to blow 80 dollars on a 128 mb graphics card when most new games only require 64 mb or 32 mb anyway. I'm not all that concerned about the graphic detail of my game just as long as it runs smoothly with ok graphics. |
