At the moment I'm working at KFC, but studying at uni to go into chemical engineering.

Advice: do not go to KFC, and definitely don't order the gravy (shudders).

Oww you work at KFC, sweet. I've always wanted to know, is the potato and gravy even real? I mean it looks feral and taste worse; it can't possibly be real right?

I cook (most of ) the chicken, but have seen potato and gravy made frequently. The potato is a powdered 'just add water' thing and the gravy is worse.

Every night we clean the cookers (they're sort of like a massive, waist high kettle filled with oil). The dirty congealed oil that has sank to the bottom and solidified is scooped out and later turned to gravy.

Please tell me there's nothing wrong with the hot n spicy chicken, the only time I eat at KFC is when they bring it back which is always for a limited time.
