my monitors really dodgy and I don't want to get a new one and its too dark to play dos games,
is there a way to play dos games in a window because iv'e done that with the sims. |

| Don't think so. Most dos games need to run full screen to work correctly. |

| The sims is a windows game, and to play old dosgames you should just download dosbox. It's explained in the get games to work section. |

| You don't need to buy a new one. Check out the Salvation Army or a local Thrift store. The 17" Acer CRT I'm looking at right now cost me $2.50 at the Sally Ann. And I picked it up out of a jungle of nice 15" moniters. |

You could leave the monitor off for a week and then fine tune it by hand...
But yeah go get a new one for like $17AUS they are |
