Yes it was a rerun. A funny one. I liked the part where Peter was fighting the chicken.........
The new season will start September 11, as well as American Dad and The Simpsons.

Yeah I saw that one.
That was a funny episode if you sit down and think about it for a while.
After all, American Dad come from the person that made Family Guy. If you look real closely, there's a resembelence in the drawing.

I guess King of the Hill is out of the question, I never understood that one. It still confuses me today.

One time I had a Jack and coke and it had a lime in it, And I saw that the lime was floating. That's good news man. Next time I'm on a boat and it capsizes, I'll reach for a lime... I'll be water skiing without a life preserver and people'll say 'What the hell?' and I'll pull out a lime...and a lemon too. I'm saved by the buoyancy of citrus.

I heard rumours futurama might be brought back based on DVD sales (I think that's what happened to Family guy isn't it?).

Doesn't matter for me, we only ever seemed to see the first season in Australia. I've had to buy the rest... Well, not buy: but I do have them on DVD :D

Ah, Yes family guy how i love thee... Futurama's pretty good to hope they do bring it back, Don't see why they ever took it off realy, seein' as how it was realy quite popular.. Oh well long as they bring it back (Though i somewhat doubt it) i'm happy.

Well that's too bad, Futurama is really a very geeky series, there are a lot of hidden/subtle/obscure jokes and references throughout the entire series.

I have the entire DVD collection and I have to admit to watching them over and over again, be sure to check out the commentaries as well, lots of insight there too :D

@GameMaster, I missed the Family Guy episode, I only caught American Dad which turned out to a the best episode I've seen yet, a real classic IMO

I know that south park is going to be on my local fox channel in 5 days. Maybe there is a connection.
