No, I don't think that anyone ever had one for a long time after that game first came out. I don't think it had a level editor (or at least a good one) on the full version either, but I don't remember. I think I downloaded one somewhere, but code alliance doesn't exist anymore, where I think everybody else got their maps and stuff.
