Could we have a template or javascript so that the guest fills in these fields?
What operating system you running?
and The error they get

Please look in to this because almost every person does this.

Not possible with the current phpBB system without massive modifications.

City/State: (Drop Down)
Phone: (fill out)

Submit goes to a special account which is only available to the site admins or moderators and they pass on the info to the games techs.

Well something that complicated wouldn't necessarily be required ... I was thinking of having it print out a custom message whenever anyone goes to post a message on the "Get Games to Work" and/or "Find Old Games" forums ... like, "INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN YOUR POST:" followed by a bulleted list ... I'll check out the code and see, it should be fairly easy to do ...

Or you could have a link that says, "Report Your Error". That links you to an HTML file. I could make a page for ya that emails the fill-out forum to you. Eazy Cheese
