Wow... I could understand TD being so ignorant-but you actually got a ninth grade education before "home school" so I would expect you to know.

FWIW, they're the makers of *very* bad K5 readers. "See Spot. See spot run. Run, Spot, run!!!" is the very first one.

No, I've never heard of a book called "Penis and Pain". Have you ever heard of "How to kill people with names that resemble odors"?

Anyway, I thought it always had the DOS prompt on it. I never payed any attention to the logo in the first place..

No, but I've heard of "Everybody Poops", and its sequel "The Gas We Pass; The Story of Farts" (for the record, those are real books).

Well, not really. The only good thing is the easy networking and the fact you can run VirtualPC on it.

Well, I knew what the book was. That counts for something, doesn't it?

I don't like Linux because my ISP doesn't support it, so I can't connect, because this other program I got to connect to it doesn't work. But at least it has Win/DOS Emulators and games.

EDIT: It should be: C:\DOS\Ruined\byWindows

It was a joke..... but as you aska serious question:

Take a look at Freedomlist.com for a pile of ISP's that support about everything. I just use Win98 online but I'm now with Allvantage ($5.95/mo) from their recommendation and it's excellent so far.

From the AV FAQ:
I have a Mac / Linux / Playstation2 / Etc. Can I still use your service?
Yes, we have no restrictions as to what operating system you can use with our service.

This is one reason I signed, as I wanted a Linux capatable ISP, if that happens to be my future main OS.

The ISP that I use is the only one I can use. Australia only has 5 or so ISP's, and most of them require credit card.
