(Windows)self-repairing car during racing 1998-2005

Hello! First time posting!
I hope you are having a great day and if you want,you can make mine better:P
So there was this racing game I cant remember much about,just a few things. So the things I remember is that I didnt had a single race during the day,all racings in the game it was night.The map was quite the same,an oval one with I think a few possible ramps for jumping.The cars were not customizable,yet they had somekind of vinyls on them AND upon damaging the car,after a few seconds it started to repair itself,like if you had a bump in the rear,it started to reshape itself to original shape.There was no multiplayer I think,altough there were a lot of ai racers,like 10-16. I hope this will be enough.This is all I know and remember of the game.

Some guessing based on the night-time racing, not sure what you mean with the vinyls, not LP records I assume?

By vinyls I meant that the cars were not simply painted with one color,they had some paintjobs.The racing tracks were similar to nascars's,pretty oval...thank you for your time.If you have any other ideas,please write it down.
