Hi. I used to play a game that I can't remember the name of it, what I do remember is that it wasn't exactly a third-person like GTA, it was more like above the characters and as they move the place changes and the point of view changes, but still from above. I remember you could pick a character and pick how many characters you would like to support you (but more enemies) and I think the starting level was somewhere at the street in the night.
One thing I surely remember is a boss - Doctor or some guy dressed like one, think he has no hair, and he had 1 huge arm while the other one was normal.
