I guess this is where you found the Xenon pictures:

If you can't find the exact game CD you once had, maybe you can contact him?

Yes, between xenon processors and the old arcade/bitmap brothers game, lots of noise in the search.

You might have luck narrowing it down to Windows 3.x / Win16 games as you search around. There are some specific collections and list of those games. But I didn't turn up anything while doing some quick searching.

Sadly i can't tell you the exact name, but i do remember the CD was red with silver, the main menu executable had a corporate building as its icon and the menu itself had different categories and the background was a picture of the sky full of clouds.

I am taking your advice and searching as we speak.

correction: "Arcade Game" I was thinking of was Xevius, so just the bitmap brothers game! :)

Another trick is if there is a download, it's probably named xenon.zip (or .rar or .7z or a few others rarely). Google will happily search for that for you, too, so you can try adding those as a search term, though again I didn't turn up anything with a quick search.

I found the xenon game that you are looking for, unfortunately it is only the source code and the resources, you have to compile it
