Hi, guys!

Here's some of my PC reviews I've made for my recently created YouTube channel:

Star Wars: Dark Forces (1995) PC Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMIi24eJgXU

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) PC DOS/Amiga Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hFDhIWYpY0

Ugh! (1992) Amiga/PC DOS Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWSNq3Yo2lw

Big Red Racing (1996) PC (DOS) Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lju0gRgNXIg

Everything seems cool, thanks for sharing! Happy

It's also very nice that the in-game footage is presented with 4:3 aspect correction - something that is not always done in DOS game related videos.

One thing I noticed is that the footage of the first level in the Star Wars: Dark Forces review is from the demo version, but you don't specifically indicate that. It's not like a big deal, but I kind of expected all footage to be from the full version of the game Happy

Another thing worth mentioning is that, to the best of my knowledge, id Software's company name is pronounced as a single word:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Id_Software#Company_name

Anyway, keep 'em coming! Blissful

Thanks for the comments, MrFlibble! Happy
I had some trouble running the full game in dosbox, so I tried the demo and worked fine. I kept the footage e used it Ashamed
As for ID Soft I realised later that it really is pronounced "ID" and not "I" "D".. my bad! Happy

Thanks again!

So, to compensate, here's my latest episode. Not a DOS game, but a PC game running in windows 98:
Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine [1999, PC/Windows] - It's a Pixel THING:

Cool! Happy

TBH I haven't played many Indiana Jones games, but this one sounds quite interesting.

About the bookshelf, I enjoy reading! That's one of my hobbies! Wink
As for the arcade "thing", I used an "unused" Ikea bookcase. That was the only way to convince my wife! Happy And it isn't finished yet.. it needs some final touches Happy

Thanks, once again! And, subscribe! Happy

I think that's how they all are. Mine certainly is stuck in a workable-but-lacking-touches phase, too. Shit-Eating Grin

Cheese-its & Rice!hehe

Well, it is nice to have someone post besides myself too. hehe I like to speak however it gets lonely at times. Maybe one day I can find a wife I can talk to, however, at the present moment I'm too into my studies. After all, isn't it supposed to be that way?

This week a "not so retro" review that was certainly inspired by an Amiga classic from 1989: Trials Fusion [2014, PC] Review - It's a Pixel THING

This week I bring you another great title for the ZX Spectrum, from 1986! Was even considered one of the best games on that platform:
