Zero Wing was only released on the Genesis and to the Arcade. The joke only, is, when you start hearing "All your base are belong to us" a lot, it gets annoying. Progressingly, it gets Funnier, and has you saying it frequently, until it spreads like Smallpox.

If you wanna know more about the actual game the quote is from, there's a good article at ClassicGaming:
http://www.classicgaming.com/rotw/zerowing/
You can also DL the ROM from there ... get the MegaDrive (the Japanese Genesis) version, since the arcade version lacks the famous intro. |

Heh. I've become a Collector of Arcade roms. Right now, I've only got Willow, Zero Wing, and Cruis'n USA.

I've got the Cruisin' USA rom and actual cartridge for the N64. It's better that way, since you can save.

Nothing Beats the Arcade version (Real arcade version), Since you have the Pedal, Stickshift, and Steering wheel. (and a chance of free money if you punch it hard enough in the right spot)

Thank you for your response. I went to the web site and found that the game is a bit old. Thanks for helping to understand an old joke.
