alrighty, i have window's Vista
i read previous posts on here about how to install Rayman (the original game) from cd
i got as far as being able to first pick the language and then the install/sound/exit screen comes up
i click install and there's a few options on what kind of install one wants
i tried all of them yet it keeps telling me that c:\RAYMAN is an invalid path without enough space to install and it's the game telling me that, not the dosbox.
i wondered if perhaps it's a mounting problem?
this is how i input it everytime:

mount d h:\ -t cdrom
(it works every time)
the cdrom drive is h: on my computer
i even tried mounting with h instead of d and it didn't help.

then after mounting:
d:
install
(this works every time too)

the game screen pops up and asks what language and everything's fine until i choose "extended install" (or the other options, which won't cooperate either), then it says where you want to install it to and c:\rayman comes up automatically, i press enter, and a screen comes up telling me invalid path, not enough space to install. i've even tried using different paths and still, the same thing. there is more than enough space on the computer for the game to run....

this is my first time using dosbox and i don' know diddly poo about it, so has anyone else had this problem or does anyone else know how to fix it?

You didn't mount your virtual C:
Begin with this: http://www.dosgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10437

Then mount your CD drive in dosbox, and the install will work.
