hey i cant remember the name so here i go

i think you play the bad.. you have to take over the world then you start there are 4 carekters you can play... one of them was madcap... only i remember... then you chose a Island to atack... and how meny peaple you want to start whit.... as the time go your peaple get more teknolagy... i think you start having peaple there trow rock's and then they get bow's... and so on... you have to atack and defens live.... there are a smal clock or something there show when a reserch are done or a figther is ready..... i hope you can help me find the name.....
