There was a pc game in the late 90's where you could design planes or cars, and then get them tested in like a video, and it would tell you if you'd put suitable tyres on for snow, or a big enough engine, or whether the plane was built for high altitude. I'm sure it had an annoying geeky presenter and there was another mini game where you made obstacle courses for mice, there were treadmills and I think you could fill them with helium. You had to supply batteries for all the components to work. I remember buying it from a book brochure we got delivered to primary school, but I can't remember anything more than that. Please help!
