| Ok,my favorite games are wing commander 3 and 4(starring mark hammil,ect ect) but I never played the originals.Well I just DL'd the first 2 games(DOS) and for some reason they're running at 25X normal speed. If anyone has info on slowing these priceless classics down please tell me. |

Anyone know where i might be able to find a free or cheap download for WC 1 and 2 possibly the rest of the series too? Didnt own a comp when they first came out by the time i did they were history. I used to play them at a friends house and love that series tremendously. Owned wc 3 for the 3do video game console and i did get prophecy for pc but one of my disks is fragged up so ... in the long run id love to get my hands on the whole series including the privateers.
If anyone can help me get them id be greatly appriciated.

All the WCs are easily findable on several abandonware sites.
Take a look on the abandonware ring on dosgames main site.
Also if needed try http://www.google.com.
One site I really like is the CIC fansite:
