I have a Ham, Cheese and Tomato sandwich with a touch of pepper / Basil which I toast at work using the sandwich press (YUM!), a can of Golden Circle 99% fat free Drink (at the moment its Lemon), Banana Custard from a carton, a thingy of sliced fruit (its apricot for tomorrow) and a Milky Way bar!
I mustn't forget the spoon!
What do you have in your lunch box? |

*Is this a spin-off from Abyss's box question?LMAO.*
It doesn't happens much I need a lunch box, but if it occurs:
Bread (usually rye or whole grain bread, if its called so?)
Cheese+ham+butter.(Not margarine).
Coffee, black, 1 liter thermos
And 3 or 4 beers, of course.
But it's more then 10 years ago I needed a box as that on a regular base.
Nowadays it's only when I travel or so ... and even then, I rather would buy something on the road, sandwich bar, resto or such. (Never MacD or Quick, no fast food for me.)
And Wally, you're really a bread murderer with your toaster, really. |

Salami/Ham+salad+cucumbers(when available) sandwiches, one apple, some form of beverage, and a Kit Kat Chunky... or at least that's what I'd put in my lunch box if I had one. |

Today, tomatoes, lettuce, and pepper jack cheese on whole wheat bread, spread with cream cheese, an apple, a banana, and a Clif Builder Bar. (23 g protein - gets me my fix) Just brown-bagged, though, no lunch box for me.
This all varies depending on what I can steal from my roommate without his noticing. |

Now, that's a healthy lunch, Ro@m.
And Wally, I'm not picking on you, I wouldn't dare. I try to educate you, kinda.
Seems hopeless. |

A turkey or peanut-butter and jelly sandwich, a bag of chips or pretzels, and a granola bar.
I typically don't pack a lunch, because I plan on being home during meal times. |

Meh, 'round here, school starts at 07:30(which means I leave the comfort of my home at 07:10) and I still have time to eat a healthy breakfast!
'Course, waking up at 6 am 5 days a week's a bitch... |

Most days i don't eat lunch...
If i do, it's generally a salad roll from subway with loads of pepper. We have a subway on campus at uni.

Nothing at all. Most days, my school days end early enough to eat at home. (I've already had my final exam for about half of my subjects) When home, I usually bake an egg, make some tosti (eh, grilled cheese sandwhich) or get me some burger and fries. I mean, as long as I don't turn fat and/or ugly, I might as well eat to my full enjoyment. |
