Hi

I have followed all the information provided by yourselves to play The Horde using dos box but when i get to typing cd horde <enter> it says unable to change to horde, what am i doing wrong?? :-(

Any information you could give me would be most grateful :-)

I followed the information on that search and thats where i had the problem, everything was going right until i got to the CD HORDE part and thats when it would go any further Upset

If you follow the instructions carefully it will work.
Did you unzip the game in C:\games\horde ?
Did you mount C:\games correctly ?
The message you get indicates you did something wrong.

*Edit
If I remember well the game folder name in the zipfile is The Horde, be sure to alter the folder name to horde and make NO typos. Or it will not work.

well that got me to the next stage

now when i type in horde for the last time it says illegal command

When you're in c:\horde\ ( dosbox of course) input dir and post a screenie of the result.
screenshot: CTRL+F5, it will be saved in dosbox/capture.

And yes, you're still doing something wrong, illegal command means that the HORDE.EXE is NOT in your folder.

If you're doing it all right, horde works flawless in dosbox.

Its works :-)

The only problem is is when i goto make it full size it crashes saying it cant go to the reslution size. and also what are the controls to the game, My girlfriend is obcessed with it and i havent got a clue on how to play it. :-)
