Good as in powerful, yes. Good as in enables you to write really fast, efficient code, yes. Learning assembler also is helpful because it helps you better understand how your computer works.
However ... Is it good as in easy to learn? Heck no. Good as in practical for most purposes? No again. Nowadays, for most programs, there's not much point in programming in assembler, unless it's for the core engine of a 3D game or highly graphics or calculation-intensive program. |

Which architecture are you working with, Tinman? I thought about reading up on ARM9 a while back, but then realized that I didn't have time to even try to get into it  |
