Well... technically, only the Admin and the Group Mod can change aspects about a group.

Uh, North and South wouldn't happen to be a game, would it? If so, this belongs back in game help, hints, and tips.

North & South... is that the one where you type Tato, or NANDS (or summin like that) to play and you have to conquer the world? (I think it was like Britain VS U S)? If it is, i dont understand what you mean about changing the groups. (My grandparents have the game)

its either [shift] or [tab] i dont remember, but i do believe there is a written documentation that came with the game. (if all else fails, just hit random keys)
